The best part of my job is to bring together the expertise of both internal and external team members and users. It is an art and great fun to integrate smart solutions to solve complex questions but without being complicated. BIM, or digital construction, is a beautiful tool for this. Before the actual construction, you are able to identify bottlenecks and solve them together.
