Building permit given for U-building KVL Leerfabriek

Oisterwijk municipality has approved the building permit for the transformation of the U-building to a multifunctional complex with hotel, offices, residences and foodcourt. Broekbakema has submitted the building permit for client Polimeks in collaboration with Tielemans and Huygen. The plans have been developed in deliberation with the monuments committee, urban supervisors and the fire brgade. Currently, construction has already started with groundworks being in full swing for the new basement!
