Trinseo Headquarters

The American company Trinseo has a strong connection with the province Zeeland and is located on the Maintenance Valuepark in Terneuzen. For the new research & development complex, Broekbakema designed a fitting interior design of the offices and a multifunctional space with a restaurant and meeting rooms. The innovative concept for workspaces is based on a way of working that is lead by the different activities in the building. It has a homely character with a lot of green and attention for personal contributions of the employees. Furthermore, we thought about the interior design of the laboratories and the associated offices: the atmosphere and appearance is the same for the whole building.
