Celebration: construction for Eurofins’ future-proof building has begun!

Last week we celebrated an important milestone: the first foundations for Eurofins’ new building! Market leader in high-quality laboratory research and bioanalytical testing and wants to reflect that in a new accommodation. On the largest life sciences campus in the Netherlands (Leiden Bio Science Park), we designed a building that brings the two sites in Leiden together under one roof.

Eurofins wanted an office and lab environment that “grows with them. A modern and multifunctional space designed for both laboratory work and office activities.

But what makes this design so special?

Flexibility: a design that easily adapts to future needs
Meeting: centrally located spaces that encourage collaboration and interaction
Sustainability: an energy-efficient design with smart solutions for daylight and water management

With the start of construction, we are one step closer to realizing this future-proof building. We look forward to seeing this project come to life in the coming period.
